Nathan Armstrong and his Rider
University Men's Cross Country teammates ran their best race of the 2023
season with a first-place finish out of 20 teams at the Jasper Fall Cross-Country Invitational.
Senior Tamrat Snyder again was Rider
University's top performer, finishing the 8K course in 24:35.4, good for
second of 189 finishers.
Rider finished with two athletes in the top
five, with Snyder and junior Noah Taylor finishing fifth with a time of
25:07.2.Gobi Thurairajah was next for Rider in 25:31.5 finishing
in 9th place, ahead of Dominik Lisicky who clocked 25:26.5, and Travis
Lahr finished 17th in a time of 25:39.8, to round out the Rider top five
finishers in New York.
Armstrong finished 31st clocking a time of 26:06.7.
