Following the conclusion of the 2023 regular season, the U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) unveiled their individual selections for All-East Region honors for Outdoor Track & Field, naming a total of 15 members of the Franklin Pierce program.
Of the list of recognized Franklin Pierce programs, four individuals received the nod for their performances in multiple events. Kicking it off is junior Ryan Outerbridge, who held a fifth regionally ranked finish in the 5,000-Meter (14:57.52 - Bucknell Bison Classic) and a third-best in the Steeplechase (9:43.05 - NE10 Outdoor Championships).
